Who are Australian Discount Holidays and what do they provide?
Australian Discount Holidays is a resort marketing company offering customers the freedom of securing heavily discounted holidays at today's prices.
By purchasing a voucher with Australian Discount Holidays (usually about $99), you secure yourself a holiday that can be taken any time within the next twelve months. Australian Discount Holidays will issue you with a holiday voucher that allows you access to discounted accommodation.
Australian Discount Holidays also offer an exclusive VIP membership (just $30) this gives the purchaser a wide range of extras including the flexibility to change resorts free of charge (normally $15), a brochure listing all resort features and regular updates of the latest specials and competitions.
But, best of all, VIP membership gives the traveller hundreds of dollars worth of discounts at restaurants and theme parks at most holiday destinations.

How do I book a holiday?
It's quite simple really.
STEP 1: Purchase a accommodation voucher by either calling one of our consultants on (07) 5479 5558, email us at sales@australiandiscountholidays.com.au or purchase online here
STEP 2: Once you decide on the exact dates of your getaway, phone the resort direct, quote your booking number, and secure your dates by lodging another small deposit- which is also deducted from the balance of the accommodation
STEP 3: Present your voucher to the resort's reception when you arrive, and the balance of the accommodation.
STEP 4: Sit back, relax enjoy your holiday.

Why should I purchase a holiday with Australian Discount Holidays and not the resort direct?
Each resort allocates Australian Discount Holidays a range of holidays available at heavily discounted prices and are valid for one year (check each resort for individual conditions).
Firstly, by purchasing a holiday certificate through Australian Discount Holidays it ensures that the price you were quoted at the time of purchase will remain the same for at least the next year, even if the resort prices increase in the meantime.
Secondly, it allows you to change your holiday destination or resort as many times as you like - free for VIP members or $15 a change to non-VIP members.

You can exchange accommodation vouchers to different destinations free of charge.
You receive discounted replacements and extension of your holiday certificates.

How do I become a VIP member?
Simply call our office on (07) 5479 5558 email sales@australiandiscountholidays.com.au or click here to purchase online. The $30.00 fee will give you VIP membership for 12 months.

Can I change my accommodation vouchers to another destination?
Yes. If you are a VIP member it is free of charge, if not there is a $15.00 administration fee per certificate. Simply pop your holiday certificate in the mail to Attention: Certificate exchange, PO BOX 8180DC, MAROOCHYDORE QLD 4558.

Can I extend my holiday certificates if I have not used it within the 12-month period?
Yes. If you are a VIP member it is only a $20.00 charge or $30.00 for non-VIP members,
per certificate. (We can't guarantee the same resort, but we will supply a similar priced one)

Can I replace a lost certificate?
Yes. If you are a VIP member it is only a $20.00 replacement fee or $25.00 for non-VIP
members, per certificate.

How do I book my holiday?
All you have to do is call the resort directly to book your dates and quote your accommodation voucher number to receive your discount. Then simply present your accommodation voucher when you check in.

How many accommodation vouchers can I use at one time?
Each accommodation voucher is valid for a three-night stay, but a number of our resorts will accept two holiday certificates for a seven-night stay. Also you may be able to join three holiday certificates for a 10-night stay, depending in resort availability.

Can I use my accommodation vouchers on school holidays?
The majority of our resorts are not available during school holidays. However we do have a selection of resorts that are available with a small surcharge. Please refer to our individual resorts.

Yes, your certificates are fully transferable between family members and friends.
